Giorgio Triva

Ing. Giorgio Triva born on 09/01/1990 is part of the family owning the Copan group S.p.a. And formerly  strategic project manager of Copan group S.p.a. since 2014. He has graduated at the politecnico of Milan in  industrial engineering in 2013.

Giorgio started working in the company managing a team of 10 persons dedicated to the development of an automation for DNA databasing market. This project has been distributed through the contribution of Thermofisher group. At the moment the project is already deployed in the market counting 50 installations worldwide.

The same team is now working also on another project for the optimisation of the internal QC of Danone factories. This automation will take care of all the sample processing activities to oversee the numerosity of enterobacteriaceae in the production lines of the facility. After a positive outcome of this first beta testing it will be implemented in the 60 factories of Danone worldwide.

Gianvirgilio Cugini

Adv. Gianvirgilio Cugini, member of the EU and Canton Ticino/Lugano, Switzerland AELS Bar Associations and the Brescia, Italy Bar Association. Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Canton Ticino and member of several boards of directors of Chinese and Swiss companies. Engaged in legal and tax consultancy activities, Mr Cugini was founder of CFL spa of Milan and Brescia and of Helvetia Trust Company headquartered in Lugano.

Member of the International Fiscal Association; member of the International Technical Committee of CERTI (Bocconi University of Milan), and teaches the postgraduate course on corporate tax law; member of the Chamber of Tax Consultant Lawyers of Milan; speaker at many workshops on international topics in Italy and Switzerland. Mr Cugini has worked as occasional contributor to the journal IPSOA and as editorial consultant for the journal "Trust & Trustee". In recent years he has headed projects to carry out a number of cross-border reorganisation and transfer operations on behalf of various

Italian and Swiss SMEs, and has performed consultancy activities for several Swiss banks and Italian listed companies.

Angelo Facchinetti

Angelo Facchinetti joined Equinox in 2015. He has a long standing experience in the financial and private equity markets and strategy consultancy.

Angelo during his career served as board member in many italian companies covering different industries, such as: steel manufacturing; automotive components; marketing services; real estate; entertainment and digital economy.

Angelo served as executive manager in two Italian financial institutions: he was Managing Director at HOPA SpA and Investment Director at Mittel Group (listed on the Italian Stock Exchange). For his role, Angelo was appointed as CEO in many subsidiaries and affiliates to manage, in particular, their reorganization processes. Finally, he managed the reorganization of Fashion District Group (Italy’s second factory outlets group) sold by Mittel to Blackstone in 2014.

Angelo is graduated in Business Administration with majors in Economics Law at the Università degli Studi di Brescia and attended the Advanced Strategic Management program at the IMD Business School of Lausanne in 2014. Moreover, he was Member of the Institutional Investors Committee at AIFI (Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association).

Mario Mazzoleni

Mario Mazzoleni was born in Milan on January 24, 1957. He graduated in Business Economics at Bocconi University in Milan in 1980-81 with a major in Economy of Public Administration. Mario has been doing research on the topic of Healthcare management (Ce.r.Gas) at the Bocconi University in Milan since 1980, and since 1982 he has carried out research work and lecturing activity at the Institute of Business Economy of the Bocconi University of Milan.

Since 1988 he has been a researcher at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Brescia. Mario Mazzoleni has been an associate professor Business Economy at the University of Brescia since 1992. He has been in charge of “Not for Profit Organizations Strategies and policies” at the University of Bologna/Forlì since 2007.

Since 2010 Mario has been responsible for the strategies course and coordinator of the teaching program for the Master in Small-Medium size companies “Università&Impresa” (University&Business) at the University of Brescia.
